A2M Carpet & Services uses its internal business system to manage customers, estimates, contracts, projects, payments, team activities, and scheduled events.
Information we process
- Customer and team contact information.
- Project, estimate, contract, payment, and scheduling information.
- System activity required to operate and secure the service.
- Google Calendar authorization tokens and calendar event identifiers when an administrator connects Google Calendar.
Google Calendar data
When an administrator authorizes Google Calendar, the system creates, updates, or removes business events in the authorized calendar. Google authorization credentials are used only to provide this synchronization. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
How information is used
Information is used to provide customer service, prepare business documents, coordinate work, record payments, communicate with customers, maintain operational history, and synchronize authorized calendar events.
Storage and security
Access is limited to authorized users. OAuth credentials and access tokens are stored in restricted server locations or protected database records. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the system, such as email delivery, hosting, document generation, and Google Calendar, or when legally required.
Retention and removal
Business records are retained as needed for operations and legal obligations. An administrator may disconnect Google Calendar and revoke access at any time through the Google Account permissions page.
