Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the A2M Carpet & Services website and internal business system.
Authorized use
The internal system is intended for authorized A2M team members and approved customers. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and use the service only for legitimate business purposes.
Business information
Estimates, contracts, invoices, project records, payment records, and schedules are subject to the terms stated in their respective documents. Information displayed by the system does not replace a signed agreement.
Google Calendar integration
An administrator may authorize the system to synchronize operational events with a Google Calendar. The administrator is responsible for selecting the appropriate Google account and may revoke access at any time. Calendar synchronization is provided as an operational convenience and may be affected by Google service availability.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the system, upload malicious content, misuse customer information, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, hosting, internet, email, or third-party API interruptions may temporarily affect features.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, A2M Carpet & Services is not responsible for indirect loss resulting from unauthorized use, third-party outages, or information entered incorrectly by users.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
